I PISSED THIS MAN TOLD ME TO SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO HIM... OH NO HE DIDN'T. TOLD ME I AM BEING CHARGED WITH FRAUD FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DIDN'T PAY BACK. I WAS LIKE I DON'T HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING PAYDAY LOANS AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING AND HE ASKED ME WAS I HARD OF HEARING. I SAID NO I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WTH YOU'RE SAYING. HE KNEW MY SSN, MY JOB # AND ALL. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE

called said legal matter and and wont tell me who i owe money to.. Let them take me to court i dont care because they said I worked for the number they called and the number they ccalled was my mothers house phone.. All I can say is if they dont want to be mature and talk instead of hanging up so be it..
this isnt the first of these types of calls that i have recieved...

Makes threatening comments and wants to speak to one of our employees, but won't say why. We ask her for a name and phone number for us to call back after we find the employee. We get a a name and this number.

Called harassing me about a loan I did not owe and said they were taking me to court and contacting my employer to garnish my wages. When I tried to get information they hung upon me and called me names. They were very rude and unethical.

Called asking for one of our employees who was not at work at the moment did not want to leave message and said he will continue calling until he spoke with her. Called all our four lines multiple time until Business Office manager told him that the Fair Acts Law protects against harrasment from debt collectors or collection agencies. He said no comment and stopped calling.

calling our business numbers demanding someone named ANNA to call back and pay $5000.00. Anna that works for us does not own any money. The flooding all our numbers. Disrupting our business!!
They gave her supposedly hers social sec number that is not her number and the address that is not her address. They basically blocking all our numbers when calling and it is putting a horrible strain on our business. It must stop!! They putting us out of business!! This is harassment!! How do we stop it?

Calling our business numbers somehow on all the numbers we have at the same time. Asking for Anna and demanding Anna call back to pay her debt. They flooding all our numbers preventing our customers to reach us. It's a nightmare!!. Anna that works for us does not own any money. She asked them for an invoice so she knows what is she suppose to pay. They told her to load up a prepaid credit card and give them this credit card number no invoice no receipt of any kind unless she pays. This is a scam. It must be stopped!. How do we do this to stop them harassing us??

i work in a call center, Mike called me regarding a "legal" action but cannot send me anything in writing that i am liable for. This is harrassment. Today alone, from 820 to 835am, (15mins) he called every single line in my company for me. Robot dialing or something, my boss was very upset. we counted 94 calls from this man. I told him i will call police, and that this is harrasement but said i dont care i will call all day to talk to shayna. I dont' know what to do. Don't wanna loose my job over some jerk trying to scare me.
